Millennial exercise work-out routines are rough, you have to take off the headset, unplug all the cables, and stop live streaming.  BUT here's the hard part. Walk outside! There’s air, nature, allergies and other humans who could possibly want to interact face to face—whatever!

Most drummers would cry and die on their drumsticks but not Moonraker! Where other groups have joined the bandwagon of sucking on the crowdfunding tit—Moonraker stands defiant in the face of corporate overlords and says NO to whoring themselves out to social media.
