Catering Towards the Mormon Church and LGBTQ+ Has Ruined Scouts BSA
Scouts BSA or what Millennials know as the Boy Scouts of America is in SERIOUS trouble.
In an article from The Federalist, “The Boy Scouts’ Bankruptcy Is Not Just Financial It’s Moral” is claiming that Scouts BSA with an estimated asset of $1 billion dollars has fallen deep into the problems with America’s civil culture today.
The national organization faces large lawsuits due to alleged cases of sexual abuse including a petty lawsuit from the Girls Scouts for poaching on their membership by changing its name recently to Scouts BSA and recruiting girls.
Boys Scouts of America wasn’t established to shape boys into open-minded heterosexuals or pressure the youth into Latter Day Saints’ standards.
Scouts BSA used to be an organization that helped boys become men.
As a former Boy Scout, I left the organization at Life which is the badge before Eagle because I didn’t want every event associated with the LDS church.
Catering towards the Mormon church and LGBTQ+ community has completely tarnished the integrity of Boy Scouts of America.
Although, fast-forward ahead nearly 50 years Scout membership has dropped towards 2 million.
