And no Celebrity takes it more to heart then Ellen Degeneres with her mantra “BE KIND”

That’s right! The Queen of Niceness is being called out for TOXICITY in the workplace.
One former employee told Buzzfeed “That ‘be kind’ bullshit only happens when the cameras are on. It’s all for show. I know they give money to people and help them out, but it’s for show.”

No-one has said Ellen is the cause. BUT it is her show! She must know about the toxic work environment.
But why now? Why is Ellen in the bullseye of being the next Canceled Artist?
My theory is that her lack of reality-- i.e. her mansion is like a prison. And her disloyalty to her CREW set the scene.
What disloyalty you might ask?
WELLLLL when COVID happened and she was setting up her show to go virtually from her Palatial Prison—she hired a NON-UNION company and ONLY retained 4 of her 30-person CREW.
Do you think that Ellen will survive the current Magnifying Lens of Cancel Culture? Or is this the end for her “BE KIND” mantra!
